Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unrestrict platform and related services ("Service") provided by Zappush ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Unrestrict is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for health and wellness e-commerce brands. The Service provides compliant Meta advertising infrastructure, including:

• Compliant domain routing that directs ad traffic through a branded verification page on a clean domain
• Keyword cleansing that automatically replaces sensitive terms in event payloads before they reach Meta
• Server-side Conversions API (CAPI) delivery of pixel events including PageView, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase
• Persistent shopper identity resolution across devices, browsers, and sessions
• A full-funnel analytics dashboard with overview, events, sessions, and order-level data

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) operate an e-commerce store selling legal products; (c) have the authority to bind the entity you represent to these Terms; and (d) not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

The Service is intended for merchants selling products in categories that Meta classifies as restricted, including but not limited to weight loss, supplements, CBD and cannabis, cosmetic and med spa services, skincare, sexual and reproductive health, mental health, and pain relief. The Service is not intended to enable advertising of products that are prohibited under Meta's advertising policies or applicable law.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, plan details, and any applicable setup fees are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If your payment method fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. E-Commerce Platform Integration

The Service integrates with your e-commerce store — including but not limited to Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Kajabi, and custom-built platforms — to access order, product, and customer event data necessary for server-side event delivery and analytics. By connecting your store, you grant us permission to access this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with your e-commerce platform's terms of service and any applicable data protection regulations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Advertise products or services that are illegal under applicable law
• Circumvent Meta's advertising policies for products that are prohibited (as opposed to restricted) on the platform
• Send false, misleading, or fraudulent data through the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a manner that could harm us, our infrastructure, or other users.

7. Data Handling

Our collection, use, and processing of data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You acknowledge that the Service processes shopper data on your behalf, including behavioral events, device information, and identity signals. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate privacy disclosures on your own website and obtaining any required consents from your customers.

8. Meta Platform Disclaimer

Unrestrict is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Service is designed to help merchants comply with Meta's data sharing policies, but we cannot guarantee that Meta will not restrict, suspend, or disable your ad account, pixel, or domain classification.

Meta's policies, classification algorithms, and enforcement practices may change at any time without notice. We make commercially reasonable efforts to adapt the Service to such changes, but we do not warrant uninterrupted compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Zappush or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

You retain all rights to your own content, data, and materials that you provide through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zappush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not guarantee that the Service will prevent Meta from restricting your ad account, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from Meta's enforcement actions.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@zappush.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for cause, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
